In this episode, we explore the basics of series and parallel resonant circuits, also known as tank circuits. We look at how frequency affects the reactance of capacitors and inductors, as well as what happens to their reactance at resonance. Using an SDR we visualize what changing the capacitance looks like on a waterfall plot, and we look at both series vs parallel LC circuits on a spectrum analyzer.
