Space Vegetables - #1 : The beginning

Hi all !

Let's start this with a thank you for choosing my project - alongside 24 more ! It will be challenging, since I never grew anything on hydroponics before, but never to late to learn ! I do have a small farm where my parents grow an assortment of vegetables all year round. They will be my consultants on farming issues !

I'm no stranger to Raspberry PI and Python programming, so that will not be a big problem - although I'm expecting problems to arise. Why wouldn't I be ?

A Twitter account has been set up for (automatic) daily updates on water status, weather conditions with the hydroponics setup and photos . All done with a Raspberry PI and a small Python script.
