Is it possible to use PSoC creator to create an application for the CY8CKIT-062S4? I didn't see this kit in the supported ones

Why are you interested in it? If you do not like eclipse you can try vscode.

No. PSoC Creator is legacy tool and do not support latest PSoC families.
