Trying lot code circuit modifications, not getting output as desired, will retry. However succeeded in few.

 

 

Also will now decide after sometime, whether to spend money in buying powerful motor or not etc.

 

Note : I know motor cannot withstand and project will be like toy but  need to think

    Yes it will be tough to post what you work on your blogs even though you had progressed much. I’ve experienced it. But believe me it helps you deduce a clear picture on how things are going in your project.

     

    Plan such that you will be able to at least post a blog per week during this 11 weeks of design challenge.

    If you can explain what is not working, what do you expect as outcome and how you have connected it, the community is here to help you! Also even a little advancement in your project is a progress. If you can put it across what you have in mind in a blog, both you and the audience will be able to understand your project better. There are tons of quality blogs out there. You can checkout the lately compeleted Design Challenge Bluetooth Unleashed Design Challenge projects and take a reference for completing your blogs.

     

    The picture you you had attached shows you are upto something and that is great. But I suggest the quality can be improved a bit, try changing the black background.

    From your introductory blog Design journey in the Design for a Cause - Artificial (Stair Climbing) Leg

    Artificial leg support is attempted to be imitated as real leg which will be able to do movements: -

     

        (a)  lifts up and down wheelchair along with  weight

        (b) move forward and backward wheelchair along with  weight

      (c) folding of knee joint, and moving it back and forth

     

    All these movements are electronically controlled.

    If the above is the case you’ll definitely need to ramp up the power as it has to withstand the weight a person and wheelchair. The motor in the picture you have attached will stand no chance for this. I’ve tried the usual servos (Sg-90) to make a small metal robot walk but it could not. Since, I am no expert of motors, I’ll leave it to the community members who can to respond. Meanwhile, it’s a better option to allocate a budget for this motor purchase.
