Today in the mail I found a parcel by Farnell - The Fairy Dust has arrived!

Also in the mail: The first of the items I ordered for the competition:

RGB LEDs with integrated controller.

Now I take the first challenge of the competition: Install Linux on the SAMA5D4.. from what I've red in the RoadTest this won't be easy!

The protoshield came in a separate envelope, I also got myself a smaller servo which arrived today. The Yun and house are my critical path items but I am sure I've got plenty to get started.

And Atmel web site seemed to be down for the last 30 minutes (when I wanted to download drivers etc...)

Right, no Yun, no proto shield.
The proto shield is marked "to follow" in the invoice. No word from the Yun.
This won't hurt me to much since I plan to use the SAMA5D4 as my main board. So let's see how things develop.
But good luck to you and the others who have planed to use the Yun as the leading part.

I notice your package does not contain a Yun either, I wonder if the Arduino vs Arduino dispute is causing a supply issue or if they just come from another stockroom? The SAM should be capable of doing what I need but it's a bigger learning curve for me and I'd need to adjust one of my plot lines to include it.
