I notice it has been 18 days since the last post. I was hoping to do some train testing but flood conditions in our area have prevented me from getting to the building that has the model train layout. The island at the top is the farmland that houses the layout. It normally takes 6 minutes by car to reach the site. It is now an hour to get to where the boat is at and another 25 minutes to power to the dike around the farm.
I am hoping to finish this challenge by doing some train on the tracks testing. At some point, the water will recede and dry land will give me access. Hopefully, that is before the competition timer runs out.
