I had held back notifying the winners until we had ordered some missing parts to the kit. They've been ordered and are in stock. So, I'll be notifying the winners today after they have been approved by our Trade & Compliance department for shipping.

If you have ever tried to ship packages internationally, you will soon learn as I have that there can be delays in getting customs clearance. We follow up with the shipper as soon as we learn a problem.

But one thing I want to mention to all: NEVER pay money for shipping dues. Notify me or my colleague, Sean. element14 pays for all the shipping and dues.

Customs delay vary greatly from a country to another but you can say they usually are all sluggish at times.

and in need of varying paperwork - during the previous design challenge I have participated in, customs office wanted a proof that values from the invoice are real and not made up to reduce customs fees...

On that point Fedex is best for the paperwork and they also beat the others for speedy delivery if you use the priority channel. On the other hand their ground service is the worst, appart maybe china bulk containers fulled to the rim with those small black plastic bags or kludges of yellow stinky tape.
