Introduction of Myself

I am a Full-Time Electronic Product engineer. I am always eager to learn about new technologies And I Will Share The Knowledge with college underGraduates and Others. During The Weekends I will Do Experiments On Electronics and I will post them on the Open source communities.

My Project Concept

In the Current world, big industries to Small Homes Everyone Requires Automation in the day-to-day Using Equipment. In that Automation of Temperature control and monitoring Is a major common Thing.

In the Proposed concept, I am going to build a temperature monitoring system along with Thermal protection. This system measures the Temperature status by using the sensor provided in the kit. To measure the temperature status and to alert the variation in temperature a microcontroller will be used. This microcontroller collects the data and controls the Power supply, Fan and alerts the user.

Experiment 1: Testing The Thermostat Switches(Blog 1)

I am Testing all the Thermal switches according to the details provided in the respective Product datasheets.

Block Diagram of Arrangement Of the Testing

In this particular experiment Blog, I am testing thermal switch Open and close states with their operatable temperature. to test the switches I am using two multimeters, one for testing open and close state another multimeter is used to monitor the temperature of the Thermostat, To vary the temperature I am using Temperature controlled Solder Station.

The Whole Experiment is recorded and You can see the details in the Below Video
