I was under the impression (I have not read up on it for ages) that the model [edit: I'm incorrect, I was thinking of Steinhart-Hart which is the super accurate model] was extremely accurate (less than hundredths of a degree), so this is surprising. It may be that Molex have published a generic table maybe : ( Although if their products have a beta value variation within a sample of them, maybe they have used typical values, which is a bit bizarre since they could have simply shown a chart with typical beta value! But I don't really understand the accuracy-specifying world nor statistics to a decent level, and I could be talking complete nonsense..
