While playing with the Arty-Z7 Out-of-the-box demo, I noticed a strange bug. With the USB and external power barrel plug removed, the board was still on. When I disconnected the HDMI out cable, the power went off. This tells me something on the HDMI cable from the monitor was powering the board. We used to call this a sneak path. Looks like R137 (fuse) is letting voltage from the monitor come back into the board.
