beaglebone black extender?

so, i have been thinking and watching videos, i have noticed that ardiuno has an extended (shield?) that one can put the micro machine, a display, conroller shield and a battery pack on (see hyperlink) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-tC3zrLvC3s

so i was wondering instead of the uno i was thinking of doing this but for my BBB. is there something like this out for the beaglebone black or any beagleboard? or do i have to make one?

There are lots of BBB "extenders" for sale on the internet - they are called capes. I made one that has the functionality shown here: Vehicle Simulator Project - update

thank you for replying to the thread Douglas. and yes i know they are capes, the only capes i see are the proto-capes but thats not what im looking for. are you currently selling your cape that you are showing? and can i put my 4d lcd 4.3 cape on the cape shown?

more or less. im generally putting an android image on my BBB and i noticed that the HDMI works great for the project instead of the 4.3" cape (even though i went into where i can configure the resolution) and i get a blank white screen instead of the output of the android image. so now im thinking more of finding a touch screen that is compatible for the BBB (using the micro the regular HDMI cable i already have). im probably not making any sense, this is my first project ever with a dev kit.
