So I've got a question, my friends grand father loves games and I owe him a lot of gratitude so I am giving him my Xbox 360. One caveat he can't use a normal controller, he has a genetic disorder called Ectrodactyly, or crab hands, and has no thumbs. He can use old school joysticks though so I was thinking to build him a twin stick set up so he could experience newer gaming fist hand. So can anyone point me in the right direction to begin this project. (Google has been rather useless....) On a side note I am dirt poor as in I was homeless till three years ago (and technically still am, but he's given me a place to stay) so I need to do it with minimal tools and inexpensive parts. Also I lack of a technical vocabulary but have always understood the guts of electronics. An example would be the 360, it was a curb find, the disc tray no longer functioned so I rigged a small toy car motor in place of the factory piece and it works fine now, though the reader lens has since started to fail which I can do nothing about.
