Update on Shipment!

Hello everyone! 

I am very happy to announce that the ultrasonic sensor sensing challenge kits have now been sent out. They were collected this morning and should be with you soon.

Just to make sure you all know, the shipment delivery has been paid for. If you are told to pay anything towards this or have any other problems, please reach out to me here or contact  .

  • I've just received a call from TNT regarding the ultrasonic sensor kit shipment (shipment number: 251275203). They are asking me to pay customs duties as they cannot confirm that this is a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipment.  ,could you please help by contacting TNT directly to confirm with them that this is a DDP shipment?

    Thank you for letting me know. I have contacted FedEx about this, and they are sorry to say that the delivery driver hasn't read the notes on the document that state the customs duties are paid. They have told me it will be out for delivery tomorrow. Please let me know if this happens again.

    Thank you so much for sorting this out quickly! I appreciate you contacting FedEx and getting it resolved. I'll keep an eye out for the delivery tomorrow and will definitely let you know if there are any further issues.
