So many people here been taking the projects to very advanced levels, designing and using advanced particle sensors, solar power done right, etc. Really cool to see. And I know some of the contestants plan to continue to enhance their projects well after the design challenge has finished, so it is a worthwhile exercise. I'm just stunned how deeply sophisticated all these projects are.
and while it is not the same thing perhaps some educational establishments could glean a lot of useful information regarding solar, wireless and sensor technology from this design challenge too, to apply some ideas to outdoor weather sensing too.
