This week I have installed Code Composer Studio 6.0.0. This is an Eclipse based environment for developing software for a number of Texas Instruments microcontrollers.
I also installed the code from LDC1000-MSPLIB (LDC1000 Firmware Library for the MSP430). This library contains a number of projects for Code Composer Studio. This sample code can be used to write software for the MSP430 microcontroller on the LDC1000EVM module.
It should be possible to flash the module from within this environment. I have not tried it because at the moment I don't want to loose the current firmware (which I need for the EVM GUI) . Maybe I will need a second LDC1000EVM module for testing.
The values from the following screen can be used for writing your own software:
I am about to create a custom coil. It will be a 14cm coil with 7 turns of 0.2mm or 0.4mm enamelled copper wire.
