In this project application, I would like to discuss the use of 1554UGY Water Tight ABS 200x120x90 Enclosure in an Industrial environment setup where there are issues like high humidity, low air quality, high temperature and open environmental issues like wind sunlight etc. By interfacing various sensors to the Arduino MKR WAN 1300 device I would like to measure the drift in the sensor values with respect to the outside harsh environment.
How the system will work?
It will have two experimental setups
1. Where the whole setup with sensors is kept in a harsh underground industrial environment
2. Where the whole setup is kept in an open-air setup [Weather station]
3. Where the setup is kept in an indoor setup.
By doing these three experiments we will be able to verify how the enclosure quality affects the sensor values and how one should design safety-critical systems.
1. Analysis of air quality in indoor and outdoor environments
2. Cloud connectivity to the system to visualise the performance and save the data for later analysis and comparison.
I'm Vishwas. I work as a Senior Research and Development Engineer at Tejas Networks, a leading Network equipment manufacturer here in India. My work revolves around the design and development of complex FPGA based high-speed boards for the network equipment to cater to the needs of 5G. Previously I worked as a Research Assistant at Robert Bosch Centre for Cyber-Physical Systems, one of the largest Cyber-Physical Sytems in the world where I worked on hardware design and development for robotics and drones i.e especially on autonomous drone charging pads, at the Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru.
