Finshed the back framing for the window frame and test sized it to the TV, not perfect but a little massaging will get everything looking good. A little wood filler on the cracks and a coat of white paint and then I just need to make the curtain rod. I left one side of the picture frame to show the construction and the pocket where the PI will live. I was elated to find that the remote for the TV works even though the sensors are covered. I was a little worried about that this morning when I was test fitting. I have found that I will not have to bolt the frame to the wall, it is light enough that it does not overload the LCD wall mount weight rating, so it can slide on and off which makes it easier to work with this as a prototype.
