I was able to fixed the resistance in wire by using new wire but the joint still have resistance in ohms. One joints has 31.5 ohm and another joint has resistance of 12 ohm. I want to know how to compensate those resistance in the experiment.

Do you really think this requires a post on its own? Not as a comment in any of the previous posts you've created without closing?
In future please continue a discussion in the same thread - it will do you good because the more it makes sense the more others will be willing to help you.
I'm not sure how you can know that your soldered joints have these resistances - I think we will need another video !
If your measuring technique is not at fault then there is something very odd about the wire you are using.
Some close up pictures of the prepared wire ends before and after soldering might help.

Thanks everybody my problem was solved.
