Design Challenge Details/ How To Participate:
(The RoadTest is complete, but anyone can still enter the design challenge before December 16th 2013! )
- Enroll in the Smarter Life Road Test to qualify for a free PSoC 4 Pioneer Kit + $500 voucher to buy additional (Road Test enrollment is now closed as of Oct 14th, but you can still participate in the design challenge!)
- To participate in this design challenge, you must create a topic in this forum with the title of your Smarter Life design (Open to all until Dec 16th)
- Highlight your design progress in this topic via posts, blogs, videos, pictures, etc. Use this to tell the community what you are building and how. Remember there is a community-voted winner so the more you share the better your chances of winning =)
- Submit your final design project and a demo video to your topic thread before December 16th, 2013
- Community voting on the best designs for this challenge begins on Dec 16th 2013 and closes on January 17th 2014
Prizes:
- The Grand Prize winner will receive an all expenses paid trip to Embedded World '14, the largest trade conference of its kind in the world, which will be held in Germany in February 2014; they will also have the opportunity to showcase their designs at Cypress' and element14's stalls and network with their peers.
- The Second Prize Winner will receive a $1500 voucher for element14's online retail sites
- The People's Choice Winner, based on community polling which begins on December 16, 2013 and ends on January 17, 2014 will receive a $1500 voucher for element14's online retail sites.
Note: we may support some proposals which are not selected for the competition by providing additional kit; everyone can be a winner!
