In my [Previous post I have shared my work regarding interfacing ADT7320 temperature sensor with CC3200 Launchpad using SPI. In this post I am sharing my initial GUI App for Android/PC with Graphing capabilities...Still it is initial version and I have found that coach who monitors vital body parameters of sport person on field, does not need graph but some kind of bar graph with audio visual indication when certain threshold limit cross.. so I am working on that part...

Here is Demo video...

I have recently received CC3200MOD module samples from TI, So currently I am making custom PCB for this project around CC3200MOD..

After many experiment on AD8232 based heart rate monitor, I concluded that it is best solution for heart rate monitor, when person under test is not moving but for sport application I am not able to use this accurately. Another problem is it will require three electrode to place on body it is inconvenient as well as costly because every time new electrode need to be used.

So I have decided to use Pulse sensor works on photoplethysmography principle.. I am designing modified version of Open Hardware - PulseSensor suitable for sport application.

That's all for this week...
