UPS seem to clearly have no idea what they are talking about - hence why I reckon it'll be 10 years before the issue is resolved

No idea is right, I got an email TODAY saying a package will be arriving on the 27 of January... and that was AFTER getting an email saying I will be getting a package on the 29 (today) but that was after it had already been delivered. Good job UPS...
