"Spot the difference!"
I've just spent some time comparing the datasheets for the LSR and Murata WiFi-SL evaluation boards.
I'd expect that both would contain equivalent information but the LSR version contains much more useful information.
The datasheet actually stipulates which pins are actually used with the MSP430FRAM5739 Fraunchpad in a nice table.
I have reconcilled them with the Fraunchpad schematic. In summary the connections are;
