For the past couple of weeks, I have been working on the case and the server aspect of the design. I made some videos but they are just too big to upload on my connection so will do something about them and might have them up on the blog by the weekend. In this post I just want to show off my box using pictures I took. Here we go...
The picture above is the box in its final form. Yes I will be adding some labels but this is pretty much the slave part.

The Lower part is where the materials will be placed. My assistant demonstrates the space available and electronics are part of the lid itself.

The Top lid contain the Charging coil and circuitry, the MSP430 with the fuel tank booster pack and the XBEE radio. I soldered wires because I don't want to waste vertical space.

The Lid pops out and can be placed on the charging system. I did not make walls for the lid part since its not needed for the demo.

I used slightly larger screws so that they can be used as standoffs for the lid when it is to be charged.
Simple and nice. I hope the rest of the stuff arrives soon. I will be posting the php code on github so stay tuned.
Any and all comments, suggestions etc are welcome.
Cheers
