Whenever Clem has to go through his hoard to get rid of some electronics, it's never about producing waste but getting as much use out of that waste before it gets correctly recycled. Salvaged components are a great way to get to usable parts cheaply and learn something in the process. So if you are going to throw out something, salvage it for parts first.
