I hooked it up to a new power brick and sure enough its powers up. There is a sequence of signals that happen between the XBOX and the PSU which I discussed in the video above and I will be doing a followup video, analysing these over the weekend.
This is more of a "Cry like a baby for help" show for electronics. But honestly, I am stumped. I cannot understand what the XBOX One refuses to boot and if anything is actually damaged.
The original Xbox one has a huge fan but it was removed and replaced with these two buzzards. There is a copper cooling pipe with some fluid and the fins are actually steel no copper. There is a big X shaped heatsink that touched the APU but I did not get to that since Im still hopeful of that it will work.
I did receive the Power brick I ordered so will give it a go this weekend. If there are any suggestions, lemme know
