Transcripts of Videos?

It would help members with hearing problems to have transcripts available for Ben Heck's videos.  Otherwise they are pretty much useless - unless we can get people to watch them with us and translate...

    But the closed captioning on YouTube is ridiculously unreliable, to the point of being completely nonsensical.

    If you're watching via YouTube, just use the Closed Caption (CC) button at the bottom right of the player window (see attached image).  The translations to other languages for the CC are typically done via the locale the video is played from.  If you need a transcript to just read it at your own leisure, then that would be a different animal.  Based on the OP, just using the CC on the YouTube videos should suffice.
