Every 10" touchscreen tablet readily available is built for a mobile OS like Android. In order to get the power of a higher powered laptop, your options are larger, and more expensive. What is missing is a small 10" tablet with the processing power and RAM of a modern laptop or desktop PC. The device could then run a full OS like Ubuntu, or Mint. It woul then be able to run all sorts of productivity software packages as well as being able to browse the web, email and message like a mobile device. This is sort of like what Microsoft has tried to achieve with their surface tablets, except without the bloat or expense of Windows.
