Revive or reinvent the Reticon SAD512D bucket-brigade IC

I would love to see Ben and the team make a substitute solution for the classic Reticon SAD512D sampled analog delay line IC. It was used in many retro guitar stomp box effects pedals and AFAIK has no easy 1:1 replacement, which means lots of dead pedals out there! Attached is a data sheet for the IC.

I have a borked DOD Chorus 690 that uses the SAD512 that I could ship to Ben for testing, filming, etc.
