Many musicians (particularly guitarists) use multiple effect pedals to change the sound of their instrument. Usually, the musician will compile all of his/her pedals, foot switches, and wireless units pre-wired onto one flat surface (a pedal board). Then, use a breakout box with a snake of cables to make the connections to and from the amplifier/instrument. For the touring musician, this can create issues with set up times and extra clutter on the stage area. My idea is to make a wireless controler (possibly Bluetooth) and have all the pedals and amplifier secure and pre-wired all in one case. The only thing the musician needs to do when they arrive at the gig is to plug in the amp rig (with all the pedals), turn on a battery powered controller, then strap on the instrument with a wireless pack and start rockin.
How would you do this? I believe this could be a fairly simple build and it would be extremely useful to the music community.
Love the show! I've seen just about every episode. I'd love to see more music related stuff.. even if not my idea.
Thank you and keep being awesome!
