As the Amiga had custom chips it would quite the quest, I know its emulated to heck (you see what I did there image ) but to have a miniature hardware hand held with screen, joy pad, touch mouse and a slot for ADF games (available everywhere) would just be a fans dream. and an amazing build to watch on your already great show!

I think an Amiga 600 would be a better base since it's a lot smaller.

Very good call... the 600 had ide and pcmcia so definitely better in the expansion market, but better still a 600 with a duel kickstart rom switch for 1.3 (better for software compatibility) + 2.0 (better for hardware addons)... this combo could be a winner, and since the unit miniaturized its more the kickstarts that influence the overall end result.  Emulators are good (and I deeply appreciate the work that goes into them), but so fed up with choppy stuttering sound on games from 1989, because a quad core tablet can't keep up... old school hardware is the only way to eradicate that!!
