Basically using Bens talents you would take an 8-10 year old PC motherboard that you can find for peanuts and make it the smallest size possible, keeping only the necessary and most useful parts like; ram, usb, vga, ethernet and audio. The power supply would be a 12 volt adapter (sold separately), the hdd would be replaced by sd card. Ideally it would be as small as Raspberry Pi. The point would be to have a fully fledged PC running Windows or Linux, being as cheap and as small as RB. Thanks and good luck!
