OK, let me start by saying I LOLed when I read your idea, 3d printed cheese? What a strange idea. I suppose it might work, but you would have issues with layers not sticking and poor resolution. Something tells me that cheese will be a little thick and block up a regular extruder, and I doubt it would be very clean. Feeding the cheese in would a challenge as regular cheese (hopefully) does not come in a long string like regular filament. But if you can make a custom, extra wide extruder and new feed system, then please post some pictures of your work. I tiny cheese sculptures would go down a treat at parties.
