I would like to submit this suggestion... to build a wireless wall mounted clock with a video game theme.
Usually, the most common clock I saw is Pong, we did make a 'Quest for Tire' one using a laptop... (source available here and .iso).. notice: there is a 5 min. cracktro

However, the main problem with our project is the power cord... That's why I turn to the Ben Heck Show... and wonder if this could be made completely wireless and without having to change batteries.
Maybe solar panel + raspberry pi? or whatever you may think? even.. if the display would be limited to refresh only once per minute.
