Mini 3D printer using old PC parts

Hi Ben,

I think it would be cool if you build a mini 3D printer using the stepper motors from old CD ROM drives. Every ones seems to have multiple CD drives laying around and this would be a cool way to get some use out of them.

get some old printers 4 or 5 should give you most of what is needed bigger and older the better

I like the idea of using old printer parts, it's relatively easy to find old discarded inkjet printers that have perfectly working head traversing mechanisms.
