Well, Ben might want to do something more elaborate (something to automatically move the print off the bed for sequential printing, maybe?), but just for simple remote 3D printing, it'd be a really short episode: (1) install the OctoPi distro of OctoPrint on a Raspberry Pi, (2) get the Pi up on the network, opening needed ports on your router, (3) plug the printer into a USB port on the Pi, (4) upload gcode to Octoprint, (5) Print away!
