Portable Nintendo

Hi Ben,

I have been watching your show for a while now and I love it. Especially your portable console series'. I myself an am inspiring hacker but I don't have much money or time or (most importantly) knowledge. That being said knowledge is probably the easiest thing to come by since the invention of the internet.

Anyway, I love Nintendo consoles and living the busy life I do my 3DS is one of my best friends. However it will never rival the N64 or Wii etc. In my eye's anyway. I was hoping that maybe you could do a portable build based on one of the popular Nintendo consoles.

I would love to see a GameCube build. Its probably my favorite console of all time. I have done lots of research but never found any good guides and even a few that say its too hard to impossible. Even your Dremcast hack where you said it was hard.

Now I am sure you get heaps of these so I don't expect anything to come form this and considering you only just did a portable build I don't think you would do another for a while. That being said I hope you would consider it for the future. Maybe in the meantime I can educate myself with some of the intricacies of modding and hacking. (The most complex thing I have ever successfully done was remapping my Xbox One controller. I consider the insides of that thing to be crated by Satan himself so I don't think I am quite ready for a portable build yet.) I am also trying to find out how to make a portable N64 that I hope to give to my sister at a present in the future. There are a few tutorials on that though.

I look forward to your future builds and hope that one day I will be able to make one.

(Its easy to see by now I don't know how to end these messages)

Thanks for reading.

I don't know if you removed the post or a mod, but I was trying to be helpful, the link I posted is for Ben Heck's book on to hack game systems. I bought a hard copy and a e-copy of the book. Its a great help on making your own portable nintendo. There was no reason to get rude to me. Sorry for trying to help you.

I wasn't talking to you. Sorry. I was talking to the other guy that compared me to an unoriginal 12 year old.
