Is there a way that you can desolder an LED Strip of its leds and make a led Dot Matrix Board

Why don't you just lay strips of LEDs into rows?

Well then why not solder up your own display and multiplex it with Darlington transistors and a Johnson counter. Ben did a similar thing in his super alarm clock episode.

cause of the spacing i want them as close as possible.
