I think you should make a custom designed fan (and maybe custom lighting) control interface on a pc case, with maybe an LED-dotmatrix screen to show the temperatures and fan speeds. You could maybe use a Raspberry PI to control it, but if it's easier, something else
I think if you could make this, it would be cool for a gaming pc
