I'm curious about playing ps4 game on my smart phone what kind of computer hardware works best for better connection. Apple or PC.

Well, without using (afaik) nonexistent emulators, you're going to need a ps4 first.
As for pc or apple, it all depends on the spec. You are going to also need a capture card (to take ps4 output to pc), suitable remote access software, and have to port forward your pc if you want to play outside your house. Also, most ps4 games would look terrible on a phone. just saying.
