Both could be touchscreen using a Raspberry Pi 2 and say a five inch touch screen LCD display. The pictures are from two different games Black Ops 2 and Fallout 3 the black ops two looks nicer with a curved screen and sleek design but i chose both because the black ops 2 one might not be possible.
Ps: This is not for any medical purpose although it could be a note keeper for a nurse of someone similar.
