Thank you for all your amazing builds and tips. Your shows were what pushed me over the edge to start tinkering beyond the alternative build sheet for my Lego sets.Because of this show's inspiration I can now say that I have left the comfort zone of most light hobbyists. I was a pre-order adopter of the raspberry pi, I have dove into Arduino, and even managed to put a mini-itx pc (with power supply) into an entirely enclosed Xbox 360 case. Now I am diving into 3d printing.
My suggestion is for the part to make those finished products really shine. I have seen youtube videos or people making the machines from paint cans and even one person just used an old rice cooker. That's what gave me the idea for the suggestion.
I think it would be cool to see you modify something like a rice cooker to become a vapor machine using a microcontroller to regulate temperature. Maybe even control some safety stuff like a timer or detection if your acetone level is too low.
