Show how to build a composite to VGA adapter ?, It would be a quick build with multiple applications and give folks a way to use a flat panel monitor they no longer need for a dedicated purpose.
or maybe make a portable out of a Radio Shack MC-10 Color Computer that can also be solar powered, Also how about a way to make a small DIY Wind Turbine to power a small appliance ?
Those are just a few ideas there for consideration, I really enjoy the show a lot I think my favorite episode so far is the one where you built the Game Cubes for kids to learn and program.
