help with CCTV

hi i'm Alex and i was wondering if you know the best and cheapest way of making CCTV cameras because we have a small problem with someone in the house stealing and we don't know who and i was wondering if you new a way of making some wireless CCTV cameras with webcams or something

Get a Raspberry Pi with Camera(NOIR if at night) for under $50. Bait it with something that can be stolen. Like Paul says.
