I'm trying to fix my ps4 it stopped reading disc so I took it apart since my warranty is over and took apart the optical drive since it was making a wierd noise when it would try and read disc's when I saw this string wrapped around a white circle plastic piece that says pom f 12 I pulled the string out hoping I fixed the problem put it all back together and now it won't roll the disc in and the axle is connected so I know that's not the problem...do you know if that string is suppose to be there
