You've made many home consoles portable, so why dont make the really portable Nintendo DS a little bit more "non-portable". Maybe build a new casing and add som jaggs, so it can be conected to a big screen. Also there must be a controller with a touch screen (maybe the lower part of the original ds). This idea is maybe realy nonsentical, but I guess this would be very unique!
