I love all the portable gaming console you have made, especially the Atari 2600, Episode 236: Ben Heck's Hand Soldered Portable Atari 2600 Episode.
Idea:
- Redo Episode 236 with better/tighter case design.
- The original thought was for the Atari 2600, but using raspberry pi 3 would be a lot easier and more practical.
- I really like the overall design of the Portable Atari 2600 you came up with. ( I. E. The controls on either side of the screen.)
- Add the ability to cast:
- First: Google Chromecast or similar. What Is Google Chromecast? - How Chromecast Works - Tom’s Guide
- Second: Create a custom casting receiver --- possible with pi zero that plugs into an HDMI port {Viewing} and a USB port {Build/Maintaince/Power}
- Resources I thought might help build/manage the receiver.
Turn The Raspberry Pi Zero Into A Mini Dongle Computer
I pray you find this of interest in a multi-episode build.
Peace,
Scott
