I think it would be great if you could remake the Atari 2600, in a new form factor. I think you could rewire the 6507, TIA, and RIOT on a new board, and make a custom case that would fit it. As a challenge, I think you could get it smaller than the 4 inch boards that you can cut the originals down to.
