Also, if I was going to finish off the case, I would have used a polyurethane paint. I know most people don't have the money or resources to spray automotive poly, since I work with a spray booth on a daily basis, I finished off my Portable Pi case with a very durable coating.

You can see the process in my details of the PiP project here -----> RasPiP

I would love to work for you Ben, I could help with spraying finishes (with a booth), building cases and pcb making with some training! I'm from Minnesota. Not too far from your Secret Lab!

I'm glad to see this worked out! Next you should build a VR scanner with the xbox camera and a Raspberry Pi. VRPi! Have you gotten your hands on the new CHIP Pc yet? So small! They already turned it into a Virtual Boy!

Cool to see it all together.  Nice project.   I think I would of made the directional pad a bit different, but other then that, pretty cool build.

I suppose that a nice upgrade can be made using the Pi Zero image

I would have integrated an internal speaker into the design of the handheld. There seemed to be plenty of space in the case, and having to use an external speaker or headphones just seems cumbersome.

Is there a reason you decided to leave a speaker out of the design?

I just open an account in your forum to tell you to glue two single-sided pcb together to make a double-sided one.
