    Nice video, but you can never have to many pinball machines Ben.  This build is great for people like me who like to watch online content.   This is a build I would like to do, and would enjoy using.

    Ben why did you and you Network Guy use SAMBA (CIFS) very slow (as you found out) why didn't just use NFS much, much faster... enjoy Cris

    Did you buy the mpeg2 license or shoehorn libdvdcss on to it?  I have a model b r1 and it's not jerky at all.  I went ahead and bought the license.

    I just tried to watch a ripped DVD and it does run, albeit a bit jerky.

    Felix, how would You go about to engage overclocking from within OpenELEC?

    You misspelled the configuration file for lirc.  It's supposed to be lircd.conf, not licd.conf.
