Viewer Challenge - Turntable turnable

OK, so I'm a dj but I'd like to be able to use four turntables without taking up two zip codes of space. I was thinking that a heavy duty, mechanized lazy susan could work but it would still take up tons of space, so what if you could make a two position ferris wheel sort of thing? And build it into a rolling case/console.

Please remember.

1. Pro Turntables are heavy, upwards of 30 lbs.
2. DJ's are mobile creatures, so you have to be able to move this thing, without a team of oxen.
3. Two of these gadgets have to fit in a confined space (assuming two turntables per gadget), they must remain connected to a mixer in the center, and the turntables can not be disturbed (caused to skip) even while in motion.
4. DJ's love LED's

Difficult enough? Just something I've been dreaming about for years. Can you make me a happy man?

Hello, how about stacking the turntables? Something like a boom arm with a clamp to raise one turntable above the other? Most mic booms are adjustable or telescopic so you can raise and lover them to adjust the height for your tastes. Use a laptop tray to place the turntable above the other.

I like the concept, but mic boom arms are nowhere near being stout enough to hold and balance a turntable on the end, and if you added a couterweight the mic stand couldn't hold that much (somewhere around 50 lbs.) ...I am taking a welding class next quarter...  Although I sort of enjoyed the thought of sliding turntables around in mid-air. More for show than necessity.
